f. 2027 Overnight Driving Excursion to Arkansas or Nebraska: <\/strong>Steve Christensen suggested a Club tour of the Museum of American Speed, 599 Oakcreek Dr. Lincoln, Nebraska 68528 and the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum, Ashland, Nebraska 68003. Guy Teel suggested a Club tour of Erik Miner\u2019s father\u2019s private classic car collection and his ice cream shop in Bella Vista, Arkansas, along with the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, 600 Museum Way, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Old Business<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Kansas City Automotive Museum <\/strong>Please consider supporting and visiting this  nonprofit venue that serves all in the greater Kansas City area. They host a wide variety of activities to support the car collectors\u2019 community. A couple of Club members volunteer as docents at the museum.  Exciting News – the museum has collected over 2\/3rds of monies needed to build their new facility. Donations are always welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Monthly Meeting Location <\/strong>– When not tied to an event, monthly Club meetings will be held at Your Classic Ride, 2711 Warwick Trafficway, KC,MO. 64108 .Please check the Club website – https:\/\/kccadillacclub.org<\/a> and your email for updated Club meeting information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Club Logo Pens<\/strong> – Randall Penn passed out beautiful black pens with the Club’s name and website address. These pens are to be given to prospective members at events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Club Informational Tri-fol<\/strong>d – Randall Penn created a colorful flyer including information and photos of Club Members\u2019 Cars, Club History and Club Activities as well as pertinent contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   The event was very successful, all had a good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Cadillacs in Kansas<\/u><\/strong> – National Hub and Spoke Driving Tour 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Save the Date<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tour dates are August 27 to 31st<\/sup>, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Accommodations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marsha Redman arranged a \u201cCourtesy Block\u201d for 25 rooms, $131.00 per night, at Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview, 400 West Douglas Avenue, Wichita, KS 67202, 316-262-5000. Hotel Reservation Code is #100068441. Covered parking is $10.00 per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grand National 2024<\/strong> – Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, June 11 to 15, Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel \/ Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg Hotel Please note – Marsha Redman anticipates that this event will be quite popular, best to reserve your room sooner versus later and to sign up for activities this coming January. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
