Group Photo at Cable Dahmer

As you are probably unaware, Cable Dahmer Cadillac will be undergoing a major renovation to its property in south KC. Cable Dahmer Sales Associate Mark Siettmann has invited the Club for a photo shoot. Our old cars posed in front of the dealership–before its destruction–will make an historical image for the Club and Cable Dahmer. Right now, the activity is on hold, as Mark reports construction equipment is parked in front of the store.

All-GM Car Show July 28th
While we are on the subject of Cable Dahmer, please note the auto group will be sponsoring an all-GM car show in the parking lot of the Cable Dahmer Arena 19100 E. Valley View Pkwy. Independence MO. Exhibitors may enter the show field 8 to 9:30am. This is a benefit for Children’s Mercy Hospital. Pre-registration costs $25 EVENT FLYER
Second Annual Westport Car Show Aug. 24th
Members who attended last year’s inaugural Westport car show appreciated the early 8:30am start, and the abundant shade provided by the tall buildings. We also had a great turnout last year, with 10 KC Cadillacs exhibited. Let’s build on our numbers this year. If you wish to show your car, there is a $10 fee for advance registration, $15 on the day of the show. Chillicothe Car Weekend
July 19-20. Chillicothe, MO: Lions Club Car Show. Simpson Park, 1503 Walnut Street, 64601 (Highway 65 to north end of Chillicothe). Cruise Night Friday at the Courthouse, 700 Webster St, 64601. 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Cruise begins at 7:30 PM. Car Show registration ($25) Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; awards at 3:00 PM. Pre-registered entries eligible for cash drawings. 50/50 drawing, swap meet, food concessions, adult and youth games. Lots of shade.
